Introduction
New to hackathons? That is completely okay. A hackathon is not just for expert programmers. It is a short building challenge where you identify a problem, create a prototype, and explain your idea clearly.
Your project can be simple. A neighborhood resource map, local volunteer tool, accessibility helper, family organization app, nonprofit website, AI information assistant, sustainability tracker, or community communication system can all be strong projects if they solve a real problem clearly.
Tools and Technologies
AI tools are allowed. Using AI will not lower your score. Just disclose how you used AI and be ready to explain your project.
You may also use tutorials, templates, APIs, datasets, open-source code, design tools, no-code tools, hardware kits, or any other resources that help you learn and build. Make sure to credit major outside resources in your submission.
